Happy 2018 everyone!! I know I’m like thirty days late but I’ve been doing stuff like: Resting Healing Drinking Eating Planning Truth be told, 2017 was a bit bittersweet and chaotic.

I struggled to find something to write about this time around. Well, not really. There’s loads to write about. But I have standards.

I think it’s time I confess something: I hate writing. Not really sure what Mr. Gould (High School English teacher) was thinking but I think it’s clear that numbers are much more my jam.

Living in this part of Cape Town has been a true mind game for me since day one. I found it a bit weird since I didn’t have such a hard time getting around the last time I was here but I just chalked it up to advanced age.
